Description of the festival:
CUFF (Community Underground Film Festival) is an annual festival and competition that takes place each year on the campus of Community College of Philadelphia.
They seek to promote and foster the development of student AND community filmmaking, as well as the appreciation of film as a relevant and dynamic form of expression.
Along with the competition, they program a number of talks by film professionals and film scholars, and they present screenings of relevant features and documentaries.
