This guide was originally created for our clients who are interested in a professional photo shoot in Paris. It’s particularly helpful for couples planning an Eiffel Tower wedding! But, don’t worry! Even if you’re not having a photoshoot, you can still use our local knowledge to capture some amazing pictures on your own.
The Trocadéro: The Classic Eiffel Tower Photo Spot
The Esplanade de Trocadéro is the most iconic location for an Eiffel Tower shot. It offers a panoramic view of the tower that’s truly spectacular. While some renovations are still underway, most of the photo spots are accessible. These works will eventually create the largest garden in Paris, with a 1.6 km green space around the Eiffel Tower, making it even more enjoyable to stroll. Trocadéro: A Changing Landscape
There’s one change you should be aware of: the wall is no longer a photo spot! The top of the wall has been modified to discourage sitting. You’ll notice this change in the photos below.
This means those classic “sitting on the wall” photos are no longer possible.
