The Esplanade de Trocadéro is the quintessential Eiffel Tower vantage point. While undergoing renovations, this location still offers some of the most spectacular views. These renovations aim to create the largest garden in Paris, with a 1.6km green space, allowing pedestrians and cyclists to roam freely around the Eiffel Tower. What’s changed at Trocadéro?
One iconic spot is no longer available for photos: the wall. It’s now impossible to sit on the wall for photos because its top has been modified to prevent sitting.
This means that those iconic sitting photos are a thing of the past.
