Double-Check Your Flight Number: Make sure you enter the correct flight number, which always starts with two letters (representing the airline) followed by 2-4 digits (the flight number). For instance, BA indicates British Airways, AF is Air France, FR stands for Ryanair, and so on.

- How to Choose the Right Vehicle? A standard sedan might not be spacious enough for 6 suitcases, making a minivan the best option.
Your Private Transfer Experience:
Enjoy a Dedicated Ride: You’ve booked a private transfer, meaning you’ll have a dedicated vehicle with no other passengers and no intermediate stops along the way. At this time, we do not offer shared transfer options for Paris airports.
Reuniting With Your Driver:
- Arrival at Paris Airports: Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, after luggage claim and passport control. He will be holding a sign with your name. Simply show him the confirmation voucher you received to verify your identity. You can present it directly from your mobile phone, there’s no need for a printed copy.
- Departure from Paris City Centre: Your driver will meet you at your hotel reception or at the address specified in your reservation form for private addresses.
