The class was a lot of fun, with participants from both French and English speaking backgrounds. The fact that the class was conducted in both languages made it accessible to everyone. Even though my French is limited, I was able to understand what Laura was explaining in French before she even spoke in English! She was a fantastic teacher, using demonstrations to bring her words to life. This experience was incredibly helpful for both my French and baking skills. The pastries were absolutely divine, and I can’t wait to try my hand at making them at home!
