The Heritage Spa is located on the basement level, with two treatment rooms named The Heritage King Spa and The Heritage Queen Spa. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your spa experience. Treatments begin promptly at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate other guests.
Personalized Care
All spa guests enjoy a personalized consultation before their treatment to determine the best program for their individual needs. Please advise us of any allergies, ailments, or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure or are pregnant, as some services may not be appropriate.
We provide robes and slippers for your comfort, and a secure changing closet is available for your personal belongings. The Heritage Spa is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
