Booking and Payment
Booking your stay with Hotel Eiffel Trocadero is simple and convenient!
Here’s how to reserve your room:
- Browse our website, www.hoteleiffeltrocadero.com, where you’ll find our real-time availability and rates in Euros (€).
- Our rates are per room and per night, inclusive of VAT, and specific to your chosen date and number of guests.
- Don’t forget the city tax (€2.48 per day per person) isn’t included in the price.
- Extra expenses like additional guests, flower arrangements, or minibar items will be charged separately. Always double-check the total cost before confirming your booking and payment.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details.
- Payment options at the hotel include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB cards. Let us know in advance if you plan to use another payment method.
- For online bookings, only Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
- Your payment information is always encrypted and secured. Look for “https” in the URL for a safe online environment.
- Our secure payment website is certified by Thawte and adheres to Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations.
Confirmation and Modifications
Your reservation is confirmed once you’ve completed all required fields, including your credit card information, and received a confirmation email.
- Your booking is guaranteed regardless of your arrival time. However, if you anticipate arriving after 8 PM, please inform us in advance.
- Any changes to your booking must be made directly with us by phone, fax, or email. We’ll send you a confirmation email once the changes are finalized.
- For any modifications to your arrival date, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance (Paris time, noon). For further information, refer to Article 5.
Cancellations and Changes
To avoid a one-night penalty, please cancel or modify your booking at least 48 hours before your arrival date.
- This applies to delayed arrivals and early departures as well.
- If you cancel or modify your booking within 48 hours of your arrival date, a one-night charge will be applied to your credit card. This policy applies unless the cancellation is due to a force majeure event (e.g., transportation strike).
- Special promotions, packages, or offers may have unique cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific offer’s description for details.
Pets and Beverages
Planning to bring your furry friend?
- Contact us before making your reservation. Depending on the type and size of your pet, we’ll let you know if it’s permitted.
- Pets brought without prior approval may not be accepted. We also reserve the right to decline pets deemed potentially disruptive or dangerous to the hotel’s peaceful atmosphere.
- Should you wish to stay with us and need accommodation for your pet, it will be your responsibility to find a suitable place.
At Hotel Eiffel Trocadero, we offer a variety of beverages to our guests and those from outside the hotel.
- However, consuming beverages outside our premises is not permitted.
- In compliance with Parisian regulations, we may decline to serve alcoholic beverages without prior notice.
- We will also refuse to serve alcohol to individuals under 18 years of age, those who are intoxicated, or those exhibiting disruptive behavior.
Check In, Check Out, and Parking
Enjoy a hassle-free stay with our convenient check-in and check-out times.
- Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at noon. We’ll do our best to accommodate early check-ins. You’re welcome to leave your luggage at the reception until your room is ready.
- For late check-outs or early check-ins, simply ask us in advance. We’ll be happy to assist you with your request for an additional fee.
- We offer a private parking space near the hotel. You can reserve it in advance for €25 per 24 hours. Alternatively, ask us about availability upon check-in.
The parking hours mirror those of the hotel rooms.
Safety and Security
For your peace of mind, we offer safety deposit boxes in your room.
- We encourage you to store valuables in your room’s safe or, even better, the hotel’s safe.
- In case of theft or damage within the hotel’s safe, we will reimburse you in full.
- If theft or damage occurs in your room’s safe, our liability is limited to 100 times the value of the room.
