Booking Your Table

Once we confirm your chosen date and time are available, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to finalize your reservation by making a bank transfer. This step is essential to secure your table.

Secure Your Reservation with a Bank Guarantee
To ensure your table is held for you, we require a bank imprint of €100 for lunch or €200 for dinner, per guest.
This imprint is used as a guarantee and is processed through the Sevenroom website, using Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd (SPEL).

Canceling Your Reservation
We understand that things can change. Here’s what you need to know about canceling your reservation:
Cancellation by You:
- Canceling 48 hours before your reservation: You have two options:
- Reschedule your reservation to a new date.
- Cancel your reservation without any charges.
- Canceling within 48 hours of your reservation: We will charge €100 for lunch or €200 for dinner per person, using the credit card imprint you provided when making the reservation. You will not be able to reschedule.

Cancellation by L’Oiseau Blanc:
In the unfortunate event that we need to cancel your reservation, for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances like the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ll contact you by phone or email.

- Cancel your reservation without any charges.
- Reschedule your reservation to a different date.
Special Events
For special events like Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and Valentine’s Day, specific booking conditions apply.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, but you will always be bound by the version that was in effect when your reservation was confirmed.
Legal Matters
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
If you reside outside of mainland France, within the European Union, you may benefit from the provisions of your country’s laws, when those provisions are more favorable than French law.
For any disputes or disagreements, we encourage you to first explore an amicable resolution.
