Room Rates and Additional Expenses
Our room rates are displayed in Euros (€) per night, per room, and include Value-Added Tax (VAT). The rates are valid for a specific date and number of guests. Please note that the city tax (€2.48 per day per person) is not included in the displayed prices. Additional expenses, such as extra guests, floral arrangements, or minibar usage, are billed separately. It’s your responsibility to double-check the total booking amount before confirming and/or paying.
Booking Directly with Us
Booking directly with us through our website, www.hoteleiffeltrocadero.com, ensures a seamless and efficient experience. Our real-time reservation system is updated daily, and upon booking completion, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This automatically registers your reservation.
Payment Options
At the hotel, you can conveniently pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB cards. For any other payment methods, please inquire before booking to confirm acceptance. Our online reservation system currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards only.

Confirmation and Guarantee
Your reservation is confirmed as soon as you’ve completed all required fields, including credit card information, and received a confirmation email. This confirmation guarantees your booking regardless of your arrival time. However, we kindly request that you inform us if you anticipate arriving after 8 pm.
Making Changes to Your Booking
Any changes to a booking made through our website must be communicated directly to us via telephone (+ 33 (0)1 53 70 17 70), fax (+ 33 (0)1 53 70 17 80), or email. The change will only be valid upon receiving a confirmation from us.
Changes concerning the arrival date must be made at least 48 hours in advance (Paris time, noon). For further details, refer to Article 5.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, delayed arrivals, or early departures must be made at least 48 hours before the original arrival date. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay, charged to your credit card. This rule applies unless a force majeure event occurs (e.g., transportation strike).

Bringing Your Pet Along
If you plan on bringing your pet, please inquire before booking. We will evaluate the type and size of your pet to determine acceptance. Pets brought without prior request may not be accepted. We are obligated to comply with directives from the Préfecture de Paris and may refuse to sell alcoholic drinks to individuals without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to individuals under 18 years of age, those who are intoxicated or exhibiting offensive behavior, and anyone displaying inappropriate conduct.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in time is 2 pm, and check-out time is noon. We strive to accommodate early check-ins whenever possible. You can leave your luggage at the reception and retrieve it later.
If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance. An additional charge will apply based on the number of hours.
Parking Services
We offer a private parking facility near the hotel, available for reservation in advance (€25 for 24 hours). Upon check-in, you can inquire about its availability. Please note that the parking arrival and departure times align with those of the rooms.
Safety Deposit Boxes and Liability
Each room is equipped with a safety deposit box. We encourage you to store your valuables in your room’s safe or, even better, in the hotel’s safe. In case of theft or damage within the hotel’s safe, we are fully liable, and you will be fully reimbursed. However, in case of theft or damage in your room’s safe, our liability is limited to an amount equivalent to 100 times the room value.
