A Parisian Dream: My Pullman Eiffel Suite Review

Imagine waking up to breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower every morning, from the comfort of a suite larger than your own apartment! This was my experience at the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel, and let me tell you, it was a dream come true.

The Penthouse Eiffel Suite, as it’s now known, offers a truly unforgettable Parisian experience. It’s not just about the views, though; this suite is a luxurious haven, boasting every imaginable comfort and amenity.

Unrivaled Luxury and Space

This suite is the epitome of luxury, offering a level of comfort and space that’s simply unmatched. At a whopping 110 square meters, it’s over 50% bigger than the flat I was living in! And it’s not just about the sheer size. The suite is designed with meticulous attention to detail, providing everything you could need for a truly unforgettable stay.

As soon as you enter the suite, you’re greeted by a stylish bar area. It’s fully stocked with a mini-fridge filled with prosecco, wine, beer, water, and soft drinks. While only the water and soft drinks are complimentary, the other beverages are priced competitively. You’ll also find a Nespresso machine for your coffee fix and an assortment of glasses and mugs to suit your drink of choice.

Moving on, you’ll discover a cozy seating area with a corner sofa, a table, and a 46-inch flat-screen TV with a Bose speaker system. The entire suite features floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, flooding the space with natural light and offering panoramic views of the iconic Eiffel Tower.

A large marble dining table with four comfortable chairs invites you to enjoy room service, or perhaps a romantic dinner with a view from your private balcony. The bathroom is conveniently located just before the bedroom.

A Dreamy Bedroom and Exquisite Bathroom

The bedroom is a haven of tranquility, offering a king-size bed with some of the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever encountered. It’s a generous size with all the amenities you’d expect, including a chaise longue and another 46-inch flat-screen TV. Double doors lead directly out to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and incredible views from the comfort of your bed.

On the other side of the bedroom lies a luxurious bathroom area. A double bath with C. O. Bigelow toiletries awaits, along with a breathtaking rainfall shower, complete with a hand shower for extra convenience. The main room boasts two sinks, two large mirrors, and a second toilet.

For longer stays, the suite offers ample storage space, including a walk-in wardrobe room. There’s also a Bose dock with an iPad for playing music throughout the suite.

The View That Will Steal Your Heart

The pièce de résistance of this suite is, without a doubt, the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. I spent hours researching to find the best view of the Eiffel Tower from a hotel room, and this suite truly exceeded all my expectations. Even the concierge service through my American Express Platinum card couldn’t find a better view!

A continuous balcony stretches across the entire length of the suite, offering a perfect spot to relax and soak in the views. You’ll also find a table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Top Tip: Don’t miss the Eiffel Tower’s sparkling display. From 6 pm until 1 am, the tower sparkles for five minutes every hour, making for the perfect Instagram-worthy moment!

A Hotel That Exceeds Expectations

The Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel is ideally located on the left bank of Paris, directly adjacent to the Eiffel Tower. This grand hotel boasts 430 rooms, with nine different room types and three suite options. You’ll also find the FRAME brasserie and a bar on-site.

Check-in starts at 2 pm, but we were able to request an early check-in and arrived around noon. Check-out is at 11 am, but we were able to extend our stay to noon without any hassle. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay.

Getting There and Dining Delights

The hotel is approximately 18 miles from Charles de Gaulle Airport and 10 miles from Paris Orly Airport. The Gare Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel station is a short five-minute walk away, offering convenient access from the Charles de Gaulle Airport via a combination of RER B and RER C services.

Alternatively, you can take Le Bus Direct on line 2, which takes roughly 60-70 minutes and costs 18€. Paid parking is also available at the hotel if you prefer to drive.

Given the magnificent view and the spacious dining table, we decided to indulge in room service. The starters ranged from 11€ for soup to 19€ for a chopped avocado salad with smoked salmon toast.

For main courses, we couldn’t resist the 300g seared strip steak, which was absolutely delicious. Other options included a spiced chicken dish and the fish of the day.

Desserts were around 12€ on average, offering options like chocolate fondant, cheese, and fruit salad. Some dishes across the three courses were available 24 hours a day, with healthy options clearly marked on the menu. There’s also a TV Dinner option with a sharing platter for 29€.

A Stay You’ll Never Forget

The Pullman Eiffel Suite is an unforgettable experience, offering a combination of luxury, convenience, and breathtaking views. While the price may seem steep, it’s a truly unique opportunity to stay in a room with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. I would absolutely recommend this suite to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable Parisian escape.
