We’ll get you ready for your exciting journey! Make sure you provide us with your reachable email address and a phone number. This way, we can send you your tickets and all the details about your tour a day before your adventure begins. You’ll receive this information via email and through the WhatsApp application (if you’re using it).

Who Gets in for Free?

We’re happy to offer free entry to Hotel de la Marine for some visitors. This includes individuals under 18 years old, EU citizens aged 18-25 years old, and certain professionals (proof of identity is required). You’ll need to pick up your complimentary tickets at Hotel de la Marine.

Admission and Opening Hours

Good news! You can enjoy free admission to Hotel de la Marine during the European Heritage Days, held on the third weekend of September. Also, the first Sunday of the month is free from November to March.

Hotel de la Marine welcomes you with the following opening hours:

  • Monday: 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (last access to Al Thani Collection at 6 p.m.)
  • Tuesday: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (last access to Al Thani Collection at 12:30 p.m.)
  • Wednesday: 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (last access to Al Thani Collection at 6 p.m.)
  • Thursday: 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. (last access to Al Thani Collection at 6 p.m.)
  • Friday: 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. (except from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on the first Friday of each month, otherwise last access to Al Thani Collection at 8:30 p.m.)
  • Saturday: 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (last access to Al Thani Collection at 6 p.m.)
  • Sunday: 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (last access to Al Thani Collection at 6 p.m.)

It’s worth noting that Tuesday afternoons, Thursday mornings, and the first evening of each month are reserved for group visits. Individual visitors are not allowed during these times.

Hotel de la Marine offers various amenities to enhance your experience. They include:

  • Free restrooms within the monument
  • Designated baby areas
  • Space for strollers and scooters
  • Loan of baby carriers
  • Cloakroom with lockers (40 x 40 cm)
  • Loan of wheelchairs and cane seats
  • Free and public Wi-Fi throughout the monument
  • Bookstore-boutique accessible without an entry ticket every day from 11 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. and at night on Fridays until 9:45 p.m.

Important Visit Conditions

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please keep these conditions in mind:

  • Photos are permitted within the visiting areas, but please refrain from using flash.
  • Pets are not allowed within the monument, except for guide dogs for the blind and visually impaired (in accordance with the law).
  • Due to security measures, no bags or suitcases, even small ones, are allowed in the monument.
  • Strollers are not allowed in the visiting areas.

Accessibility and Information

Hotel de la Marine is designed with accessibility in mind:

  • Wheelchair-accessible visitor routes are available. Please be aware: the layout of rooms in the Intendant’s apartments restricts the passage of wheelchairs wider than 70 cm.
  • WebApp in French (LSF) and international (LSI) sign language.
  • Loan of tactile maps for blind or visually impaired visitors.

Seine River Cruise Information

Your river cruise tickets are valid for a month from your travel date and can be used on a different day.

The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages, including French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

The boats accommodate 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather to comply with safety regulations.

During peak seasons, you might encounter longer wait times for the Seine River cruise due to the high number of visitors. We appreciate your patience and understanding for a seamless experience.

Bateaux Parisiens

The company providing the Seine River cruise is called Bateaux Parisiens. Their address is Port de la Bourdonnais 75507, Pier Number 3. The pier is orange in color and conveniently located right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
