French-Korean Fusion: A Culinary Adventure

Pierre Sang Boyer, a Top Chef semifinalist, brings French and Korean flavors together in a harmonious fusion at his Parisian restaurant. We were treated to a unique lunch, featuring periodic visits from the chef himself, who added to the delightful experience. Each dish was a mystery, with hidden ingredients that we had to guess before being revealed. My personal favorite was the salmon with mashed cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, and pickled onions. The Waygu Beef with mushroom gravy was equally impressive, with a secret ingredient of Jerusalem artichoke chips.
