Get ready for an enchanting experience at our Disneyland Paris Hotels. But before you dive into the magic, let’s ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone. Please familiarize yourself with these important rules.
Security & Safety
Your safety is our top priority, so we may inspect your belongings at the hotel entrances. This includes a visual check or using special equipment to ensure everyone’s well-being. If you refuse this inspection, unfortunately, you won’t be able to enter.
Access to the hotels is generally free. However, using the hotel restrooms is exclusively for guests. We may also implement special measures, like restricted access or requiring masks, for security or health reasons.
Prohibited Items
To keep our hotels a safe and enjoyable environment for all, we have a few things that are strictly off-limits.
These items are not allowed:
- Dangerous items: Anything that could harm others, including illicit substances, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, weapons (even toy ones!), and laser pointers.
- Disruptive items: Items that could disturb other guests, such as vuvuzelas, loudspeakers, and horns.
- Recreational devices: We ask that you leave your drones and remote control toys at home.
- Harmful or inappropriate items: Anything we deem unsafe or disruptive.
If you’re found with any prohibited items, you’ll be asked to dispose of them before entering the hotel. We don’t store confiscated items, so please make sure to discard them properly.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in your exclusion from the hotel.
Transportation
For the safety and comfort of everyone, personal motorized transportation is not allowed in the hotels. This includes:
- Scooters (with or without motors)
- Skateboards (with or without motors)
Exceptions are made for people with reduced mobility who use approved medical devices with three wheels for stability and designed for mobility support. A medical certificate may be required.
These devices are permitted in the outdoor areas of the Disney Davy Crockett Ranch. However, speed must be limited to a walking pace (no more than 6 km/hr). Wearing a helmet and reflective jacket is strongly recommended, and a reflective jacket is mandatory at night or when visibility is limited.
Dress Code
Proper attire is required throughout the hotels. This means wearing appropriate clothing, including tops, bottoms, and shoes. Some of our restaurants may have dress regulations to match their ambiance. Check our website or ask about the dress code when making your reservation.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone wearing costumes, makeup, or tattoos that are deemed offensive, shocking, or likely to scare children. This also includes any costumes that impersonate Disney characters and may impede hotel operations.
For safety reasons, only visitors with medical reasons are allowed to wear clothing that completely covers their face. Masks and costumes are not allowed for guests aged 12 or older (unless for medical purposes). Children wearing masks must ensure full eye visibility for safety.
Private events may have specific dress guidelines, so please familiarize yourself with these by reading the event materials.
Animals
Animals are generally not allowed inside the hotels.
Exceptions include:
- Assistance dogs and guide dogs: These are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash and under their owner’s control. Medical proof may be required.
- Emotional support animals (cats or dogs only): These are permitted with a medical certificate, provided they are not classified as dangerous dogs and are kept on a leash.
Owners are responsible for ensuring their animal’s cleanliness.
Registration & Room Access
Non-French nationals aged 15 and over must complete a police form upon arrival. Children under 15 can be included on an accompanying adult’s form.
Rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. At the Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, rooms are available from 4 pm.
We hope you have a magical and memorable stay at our Disneyland Paris Hotels! Remember to follow these rules to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
