Your Safety and Enjoyment are Our Priority
For security purposes, our team may need to check your belongings at the entrance or inside the hotels. This includes a visual inspection or the use of special devices. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this helps us create a safe environment for all.
Access to our hotels is generally free, but please be aware that access to the restrooms is strictly reserved for our guests. For health and safety reasons, we may occasionally implement special measures, like restricted access or mask requirements.
What to Leave Behind
To guarantee a pleasant stay for everyone, please refrain from bringing the following items into our hotels:
- Anything that could be considered dangerous or illegal: This includes alcohol, glass bottles, weapons (real or toy), or any items that could cause harm to visitors or our staff.
- Items that could disturb others: This includes loud noisemakers like vuvuzelas, speakers, or horns.
- Recreational devices: This includes drones and remote-controlled toys.
- Anything that we deem harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate.
If you have any prohibited items, we kindly request that you dispose of them before entering the hotels. We regret that we are unable to store these items, and they may be discarded.
Failing to comply with these rules may result in your exclusion from the hotels. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and peaceful environment for all.
Navigating the Magical Landscape
Please note that using roller skates, bicycles, or any personal motorized or non-motorized transport is prohibited within our hotels.
However, guests with reduced mobility who require assistance can access the hotels with approved vehicles or devices. These must meet the following criteria:
- Medical Device: The vehicle must be recognized as a medical device.
- Stability: It must have at least three wheels for stability.
- Mobility and Support: The device must be designed to ensure mobility and body support.
A medical certificate may be required, except for standard and electric wheelchairs.
At Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, these vehicles are allowed in the outdoor areas as long as they are used safely and responsibly.
Safety First! Always wear a helmet and reflective jacket, especially at night or when visibility is low. The speed of these vehicles must be limited to a walking pace, not exceeding 6 km/hr.
Dress Code for Enchanted Moments
To ensure a magical experience for all, proper attire is required at all times. This includes wearing both top and bottom garments, as well as appropriate footwear. Some of our restaurants may have specific dress codes based on their ambiance, so please refer to our website or inquire when booking your table.
For the safety and comfort of our guests, we reserve the right to restrict costumes, makeup, or tattoos that could cause offense, shock, or frighten children or families. This includes costumes that portray specific characters.
For safety reasons, only visitors with medical reasons are allowed to wear clothing that fully covers their face. Costumes and masks are prohibited for visitors aged 12 and over unless required for medical reasons. Younger visitors wearing masks must ensure unobstructed vision with openings that allow their eyes to be fully visible.
Special Events and Unique Guidelines
Please be aware that private special events may have specific guidelines, which will be outlined in their promotional materials. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with these rules before attending.
A Pawsitive Note on Pets
While we love our furry friends, pets are generally not allowed inside our hotels.
However, we welcome assistance dogs and guide dogs, as stipulated in French law. These animals must be leashed and under their owner’s control. Medical proof of need may be requested.
Emotional support animals (cats and dogs only) are also welcome subject to the following conditions:
- Medical Proof: A medical certificate confirming the need for an emotional support animal must be presented.
- Safe Breed: If the animal is a dog, it must not be classified as a dangerous breed according to French law.
- Leashed and Controlled: The animal must always be kept on a leash and under its owner’s control.
For the comfort of other visitors, owners must ensure that their pets do not disturb others and maintain the cleanliness of the premises.
Important Information for International Guests
In accordance with French law, all non-French nationals aged 15 and over must complete a registration form upon arrival. Children under 15 can be included on the form of an accompanying adult.
A Magical Stay Awaits
Your room will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, except at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, where rooms are available from 4pm.
