Choosing Your Pickup and Destination

Booking your Paris airport transfer is quick and easy! Our booking page features a list of pre-defined pickup and drop-off locations. Simply click the arrow to the right of the box to select your starting point and ending destination.

  • Paris City Centre: If your destination’s postcode begins with “75,” simply select “Paris city centre” and enter your hotel name or address in the provided box.
  • Other Destinations: For destinations outside of the city centre, browse the list of available routes to find your specific location.

Important Information: Flight Numbers, Phone Numbers, and Email Addresses

Make sure to include your flight number when booking your transfer. We use it to determine the correct airport terminal, verify your arrival time, and ensure we know exactly where to drop you off. Double-check that you’re providing the correct flight number, as some customers mistakenly enter their booking reference. Flight numbers are easily recognizable; they start with two letters (representing the airline) followed by two to four numbers. For example, BA for British Airways, AF for Air France, FR for Ryanair, U2 for EasyJet, AA for American Airlines, DL for Delta, and AC for Air Canada.

Your phone number is crucial for communication purposes. It’s the only way we can reach you if any issues arise. Please check your phone number and include your international country code (e.g., a UK mobile starting with 07 will be 00447, and an American mobile starting with 905 will be +1905). If you’re unsure about your country code, simply enter your number as it appears and add a note with your country in the additional details of your reservation. Avoid using your home or work phone, as we need to be able to reach you directly upon arrival or departure. For travel agencies, please provide the guest’s mobile phone number, not your own.

We prefer to use your email address for non-urgent communications. Don’t worry; we won’t spam you!

Luggage and Vehicle Size

If you’re travelling solo with a lot of luggage, you might wonder if you need a minivan or a car. Our rule of thumb is to choose the higher value between passengers and suitcases. For instance, three people with six standard suitcases would require a six-seater minivan, as a standard sedan for three people wouldn’t accommodate six suitcases.

Your Private Transfer: Enjoy a Personalized Experience

You’ve booked a private transfer; this means you’ll have a dedicated vehicle exclusively for your journey between the airport and your hotel or private apartment. No other passengers will be in the vehicle, and there will be no intermediate stops along the way. The shared transfer option is not available at any Paris airport currently.

Meeting Your Driver: Seamless Arrival and Departure

Upon arrival at the airport, your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, after luggage claim and passport controls. They will be holding a sign with your name. Simply show them the confirmation voucher you received to confirm your identity. A printed copy isn’t necessary; you can show the email directly from your mobile phone.

For departures from the city to Paris airport, your driver will meet you at the hotel reception or, for private addresses, at the address indicated in your reservation form.
