We want you to feel confident in booking with us. Here’s our cancellation policy:
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, minus a 20€ cancellation fee per ticket.
- No refunds or changes are allowed within 48 hours of your tour.
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without calling will be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund.
- Our tours run rain or shine.
- Clients booking tours within 24 hours of their arrival should be aware that we do not offer refunds for delayed flights.
