We’re thrilled to have you at the Disneyland Paris Hotels! To make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please take a moment to review these guidelines:
Safety First: Security Measures for Your Peace of Mind
For your safety and the well-being of all our guests, we may need to visually inspect your bags and personal belongings at the entrance and within the hotel. We also reserve the right to use special equipment for this inspection. If you choose not to comply with this procedure, unfortunately, we will not be able to grant you access to the hotel.
A Friendly Reminder: Respecting Our Community
While entry to the hotel is free, please note that access to restrooms is exclusively for hotel guests. We may also have to implement certain measures, such as limited access or mask-wearing, to ensure everyone’s safety and health.
Prohibited Items: Keeping Our Environment Safe and Pleasant

- Items that might disrupt other guests (like loud instruments or speakers).
- Recreational devices like drones or remote control toys.
- Anything we deem harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate.
If you have any prohibited items, we kindly ask that you dispose of them before entering the hotel. Please understand that we cannot keep these items, and they might be discarded.
Important Note: Using any forbidden item could lead to your exclusion from the hotel.
