Prepare to be wowed! My recent trip to Paris was unforgettable, thanks in no small part to my stay at the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel. I’m talking about a suite that outdid even my wildest dreams. It’s so much more than a hotel room—it’s a luxurious haven with an unparalleled view of the Eiffel Tower.
Let me tell you, finding the perfect hotel room with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower wasn’t easy. I spent hours researching, comparing, and dreaming. But all my efforts paid off when I discovered the Penthouse Eiffel Suite. It’s an absolute gem, and I’m thrilled to share my experience with you.
A Suite with a View (and a Price Tag to Match)
The Penthouse Eiffel Suite doesn’t come cheap. It’s the most I’ve ever spent on a single night in a hotel. It’s worth every penny though. The unique suite is the only one of its kind in the entire hotel, so if you want it, you’ll need to book it in advance, especially during peak season.
Step into Luxury
Imagine stepping into a space larger than your entire flat—that’s the feeling you get when you enter this suite. With 110 square meters of pure luxury, it feels like a palace compared to the average hotel room.
As you enter, a spacious bar area greets you on the right. It’s stocked with a mini-fridge filled with prosecco, wine, beer, water, and soft drinks—a tempting selection to kick off your Parisian escapade.
Just beyond the bar lies a cozy seating area complete with a corner sofa, a table, and a 46-inch flat-screen TV equipped with a Bose speaker system. The entire suite boasts floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, allowing you to bask in the sunlight and enjoy the awe-inspiring view.
Next, you’ll find a massive marble dining table surrounded by four comfy chairs, perfect for enjoying the delicious room service options. Or, if the weather permits, you can savor your meal outside on the spacious balcony. And if you need a break from the Parisian hustle, there’s a stylish bathroom just before you reach the bedroom.
The Ultimate Retreat
The luxurious bedroom provides a sanctuary for relaxation. You can close off the bedroom from the main suite using sliding doors for added privacy. The king-size bed is adorned with some of the comfiest pillows I’ve ever encountered, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The bedroom is spacious and comes with everything you’d expect, including a chaise longue and another 46-inch flat-screen TV. Double doors lead out to the balcony, offering a direct connection to the breathtaking Parisian scenery.
On the other side of the bedroom, you’ll find the massive bathroom area. It features a double bath, a generous selection of C. O. Bigelow toiletries, and a shower area with an invigorating rainfall shower and a hand shower for added convenience.
The bathroom also boasts two sinks with two large mirrors and a second toilet, ensuring that even the most demanding guests will be thoroughly pampered.
Extravagant Amenities for Extended Stays
If you’re fortunate enough to be spending an extended period in the suite (lucky you!), you’ll be delighted by the ample storage space, including a walk-in wardrobe room. And to enhance your enjoyment, the suite also features a Bose dock with an iPad for playing music throughout the space.
The View That Makes It All Worthwhile
The Penthouse Eiffel Suite is not just about its luxurious amenities—it’s about the view. The view of the Eiffel Tower from this suite is truly exceptional. After countless hours of research and even consulting with my American Express Platinum concierge, I can confidently say this is one of the best Eiffel Tower views you can find from a hotel room.
The continuous balcony spanning the entire suite is perfect for soaking in the Parisian air and the view of the Eiffel Tower. It’s a magical experience, especially during the evening when the Eiffel Tower sparkles every hour from 6 pm to 1 am.
A Parisian Escape
The Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel itself is a perfect complement to the suite. Located on the left bank of Paris, it’s just steps away from the Eiffel Tower. With 430 rooms, nine different room types, three suite types, a brasserie, and a bar, there’s something for everyone at this impressive hotel.
Getting There and Savoring the Experience
The hotel is easily accessible from both Charles de Gaulle airport and Paris Orly airport. The Gare Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel station is a short walk away, and you can reach it from Charles de Gaulle airport via a combination of RER B and RER C services.
And when you arrive at the hotel, you’re in for a treat. We requested an early check-in and were able to enjoy the suite from noon. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check out at noon as well.
A Culinary Adventure
The hotel offers a variety of dining options, including room service, which we enjoyed while taking in the incredible view. The room service menu features a range of delicious dishes, from starters to desserts, with healthy options available.
If you’re looking for a more casual dining experience, the hotel’s brasserie is a great option. And of course, you can’t forget about the bar, where you can relax with a drink and enjoy the Parisian atmosphere.
A Stay You Won’t Forget
I highly recommend the Penthouse Eiffel Suite at the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and unparalleled views. It’s an experience that will stay with you long after you’ve returned home.
