Have you ever dreamt of waking up to the iconic Eiffel Tower right outside your window? Well, I have! And it was even more magical than I ever imagined. I stayed in the Pullman Eiffel Suite, and it was truly the best hotel experience of my life.
This suite is like nothing I’ve ever seen before, with a view that will leave you speechless. It’s bigger than my entire flat back home, and it boasts a panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower. I spent hours researching the perfect place to stay in Paris, and I can confidently say that this suite is unparalleled.
A Luxurious Haven in the City of Lights
Let’s face it, a view like this doesn’t come cheap. I paid more for one night here than I usually spend on a whole week’s vacation! However, it’s worth every penny. This is the only suite of its kind in the entire hotel, so you’ll need to book ahead, especially if you’re traveling during peak season.
The suite itself is a spacious haven, offering an incredible 110 square meters of pure luxury. That’s 50% bigger than my apartment! The space is mind-blowing, especially when you consider the average room size in a UK hotel is just 32 square meters.
A Symphony of Comfort and Style
The Pullman Eiffel Suite is a testament to luxury, with every detail meticulously crafted. As you enter, you’re greeted by a stylish bar area on your right. It’s fully stocked with a mini fridge filled with prosecco, wine, beer, water, and soft drinks. While only the water and soft drinks are complimentary, the other beverages are priced reasonably. You’ll also find a Nespresso machine for your coffee fix, along with a selection of glasses and mugs to suit your taste.
The comfortable seating area invites you to relax and unwind, complete with a corner sofa, a coffee table, and a 46-inch flat-screen TV with Bose speakers. The entire suite is bathed in natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, offering breathtaking views of the city at every turn.
Adjacent to the seating area is a large marble dining table, perfect for enjoying delicious room service (more on that later). If the weather permits, you can also dine al fresco on the spacious balcony. Just before the bedroom, you’ll find a luxurious bathroom.
A Sanctuary for Rest and Relaxation
The bedroom is a private sanctuary, complete with sliding doors that allow you to separate it from the main suite. The king-size bed is adorned with incredibly comfortable pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The spacious bedroom has everything you’d expect, including a chaise longue and another 46-inch flat-screen TV. You can also step out onto the balcony directly from the bedroom.
The massive bathroom is a true highlight, featuring a luxurious double bath with a generous selection of C. O. Bigelow toiletries. The shower area boasts an amazing rainfall shower with a hand shower for added convenience. Two sinks, two big mirrors, and a second toilet complete this opulent space.
A Suite Designed for Every Need
For those planning an extended stay, the Pullman Eiffel Suite offers ample storage space, including a walk-in wardrobe room. You’ll also find a Bose dock with an iPad, allowing you to play music throughout the suite.
A View to Remember
But the pièce de résistance is undoubtedly the view of the Eiffel Tower. I spent hours researching the best hotels for a breathtaking view, and I can confidently say that the Pullman Eiffel Suite reigns supreme. Even the concierge service through my American Express Platinum card couldn’t find a better option! The view from this suite is truly the heart and soul of the entire experience.
The continuous balcony that stretches across the suite is the perfect spot to soak in the magic. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the Eiffel Tower twinkle in the evening. Don’t forget to capture the moment for your Instagram feed! The Eiffel Tower sparkles for five minutes on the hour, starting at 6 pm and ending at 1 am.
Beyond the Suite: A Parisian Experience
The Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel is conveniently located on the left bank, just steps away from the Eiffel Tower. With 430 rooms and nine different types (including three suite types), there’s something for everyone. The hotel also boasts the FRAME brasserie and a bar. Check-in starts at 2 pm, and the hotel is usually accommodating with early check-in requests. Check-out is at 11 am, but they’re happy to grant a later check-out if possible.
Getting There and Dining In Style
The hotel is situated approximately 18 miles from Charles de Gaulle Airport and 10 miles from Paris Orly Airport. You can easily reach the hotel from Charles de Gaulle Airport by taking the RER B and RER C trains to the Gare Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel station, a short five-minute walk away. The journey takes about an hour and costs around 11€. Alternatively, you can take Le Bus Direct line 2, which takes 60-70 minutes and costs 18€. If you prefer to drive, paid parking is available at the hotel.
With such a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, it would be a shame to leave the suite for dinner. The Pullman Eiffel Suite offers a delightful room service menu that caters to every taste. Starters range from 11€ for soup to 19€ for a chopped avocado salad with smoked salmon toast. Main courses include a 300g seared strip steak for 37€, which I highly recommend! Desserts average around 12€, with options like chocolate fondant, cheese, and fruit salad. Some dishes are available 24/7, and there are healthy options marked on the menu. You can even opt for the TV Dinner, a sharing platter with smoked salmon, roasted chicken, ham, cheese, salad, and tortillas for 29€.
A Parisian Dream Come True
My stay at the Pullman Eiffel Suite was an absolute dream come true. The price may seem steep, but for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, it’s truly worth it. The suite is breathtaking, and the view of the Eiffel Tower is simply unforgettable. I highly recommend this luxurious haven for anyone looking to experience the magic of Paris in style.
