Later, a bold transformation occurred when the two restaurants were merged into one large brasserie called Altitude 95. Designed by Slavik and Loup, it embraced a charming theme of hot air balloons, perfectly reflecting its soaring location.

In 2009, a complete renovation took place, giving the brasserie a chic new look and a new name: 58 Tour Eiffel. This elegant makeover was overseen by renowned designer Patrick Jouin, who also designed the interiors of the Jules Verne restaurant.

During the day, the 58 Tour Eiffel offers a delightful picnic-style lunch. From 11:30 am to 4:30 pm, you can enjoy a continuous service, with the last orders for main courses being accepted at 3:45 pm. Chef Alain Soulard, who has honed his skills alongside Alain Ducasse, crafts delicious French cuisine. The menu features tempting options like Caesar salad, seared bonito tuna, and roasted poultry risotto. For dessert, indulge in the delectable Crousti Eiffel cake with praline and chocolate. There’s even a dedicated menu for children under 12.

A visit to the 58 Tour Eiffel for lunch doesn’t require reservations, and prices start at €19 per person. However, remember to have purchased a ticket to the Eiffel Tower for access.

Evening Elegance: Chic French Cuisine and Breathtaking Views

As evening descends, the 58 Tour Eiffel undergoes a magical transformation. Its contemporary decor, soft lighting, and minimalist furniture, designed by Patrick Jouin, create an atmosphere of luxury that complements the breathtaking views.

For an additional cost, you can also request window seating with panoramic views of the Trocadero.

Children under 12 can also enjoy a special menu at a reduced cost, including a delightful Eiffel Tower-shaped chocolate cake for a memorable experience.
