Fast forward to 1937, and the International Exposition led to the demolition of these four restaurants, leaving only two. Further renovations in the 1980s saw these two establishments transformed into La Belle France and Le Parisien, both highly sought-after dining destinations in Paris.

But the story of the 58 Tour Eiffel didn’t end there. In a dramatic change of pace, these two restaurants were merged into one sprawling brasserie named Altitude 95, designed by Slavik and Loup, with a charming hot air balloon theme. This was a fitting name, given the brasserie’s location 95 meters above sea level.

A Chic Transformation: The Modern 58 Tour Eiffel

In 2009, the brasserie underwent another complete transformation, emerging with a sleek, modern design and a new name: 58 Tour Eiffel. This re-design was spearheaded by renowned interior designer Patrick Jouin, who also designed the Jules Verne restaurant.

The menu features a delightful blend of French cuisine and multicultural influences, crafted by Chef Alain Soulard, who has worked alongside the legendary Alain Ducasse at the Jules Verne. Soulard’s passion for top-quality French cuisine shines through, evident in the seminar and function menus.

Lunchtime Picnic Chic

During the day, the 58 Tour Eiffel offers a non-stop, chic picnic-style lunch service from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm. Guests can enjoy a two-course or three-course lunch, with last orders for main courses at 3:45 pm. This unique experience involves picking up your meal in a basket at the counter, adding to the picnic ambiance.

Elevated Evening Dining

As the sun sets, the 58 Tour Eiffel takes on a completely new look, transforming into a sophisticated evening dining destination. The contemporary décor, soft lighting, and minimalist furniture designed by Patrick Jouin create a luxurious atmosphere without obscuring the breathtaking panoramic views of Paris.

There are two seating times for evening dining: 6:30 pm and 9 pm. But remember, reservations are essential to enjoy a memorable evening high above the city. You’ll be greeted by a hostess and guided to your table, ready to savor the elegant and classic French cuisine served at your table.

A Feast for the Senses

The 58 Tour Eiffel menu offers a variety of culinary delights to suit all tastes. During lunchtime, you can choose from options like Caesar salad, seared bonito tuna, roasted poultry risotto, and a tempting dessert like the Crousti Eiffel cake. A dedicated children’s menu is also available for those under 12.

For an unforgettable evening experience, there are different menu options, starting from €70 per person, offering a selection of starters, main courses, and desserts, along with a glass of champagne. For a special occasion, consider the Service Premier, available at the 9 pm seating, which includes privileged seating, a tasting menu, and the option to request window seating with a view of the Trocadero.

The Service Premier menu features an aperitif, starter, two main courses, dessert, mignardises (bite-sized desserts), wine, mineral water, and coffee. This exceptional experience comes at a cost of €135 per person, or €155 per person with window seating. Children’s menus are also available at a reduced price, starting from €19.

Remember, you’ll need to purchase tickets to ascend the Eiffel Tower to access the 58 Tour Eiffel restaurant, even for an evening meal. Reservations can be made online through the official Eiffel Tower website.
