A Parisian Dream: My Pullman Eiffel Suite Review

Imagine waking up to the iconic Eiffel Tower right outside your window. This wasn’t just a dream – it was my reality during my stay at the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel. The Penthouse Eiffel Suite (formerly known as the Eiffel Suite) is a luxury oasis unlike any I’ve ever experienced. It’s more spacious than my entire apartment and boasts the most breathtaking unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower you can find in Paris.

This isn’t your typical hotel room – it’s an experience. And it comes at a premium price. The cost of one night here is more than what I’d typically spend on a week’s stay! But, trust me, every euro is worth it. Let me tell you why.

Eiffel Tower View from the Bathroom

Unparalleled Luxury and Space

Stepping into the suite is like entering a world of your own. You’re greeted by a spacious bar area complete with a well-stocked mini fridge offering a selection of drinks, including prosecco, wine, beer, water, and soft drinks. (Only the water and soft drinks are complimentary, but the others are priced competitively).

Across from the bar is a cozy seating area, perfect for unwinding with a good book or catching up on your favorite shows on the 46-inch flat-screen TV equipped with a Bose speaker system. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the suite with natural light, ensuring you never miss a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower’s beauty.

But wait, there’s more! A large marble dining table accommodates four comfortably, making it ideal for enjoying delicious room service (more on that later). And for those who prefer to dine al fresco, there’s a private balcony with a table and chairs.

Speaking of space, this suite is massive! With 110 square meters of living space, it’s over 50% larger than my entire apartment back in Scotland. The average hotel room in the UK is around 32 square meters, so you can imagine the sheer grandeur of this suite.

Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Bedroom

A Bedroom Fit for Royalty

Beyond the living area lies a luxurious bedroom that can be completely secluded from the rest of the suite with sliding doors. A king-size bed with pillows so comfortable you’ll never want to leave awaits, promising a restful night’s sleep.

You won’t have to leave your comfort zone to catch your favorite show, either. The bedroom features another 46-inch flat-screen TV and even a chaise longue for relaxing. Double doors open directly onto the balcony, allowing you to step outside and soak in the enchanting Parisian sunset.

A Bathroom Like No Other

On the other side of the bedroom lies a spacious bathroom that rivals any spa. A double bathtub sits nestled in the corner, surrounded by an abundance of C. O. Bigelow toiletries. The shower area boasts an amazing rainfall shower and a hand-held showerhead for added versatility.

The bathroom also features two sinks with large mirrors, providing ample space for getting ready. And yes, there’s a second toilet for added convenience.

Storage Space and Entertainment

This suite is perfect for both short and extended stays. Plenty of storage space is available, including a walk-in closet to keep your belongings organized.

For those who enjoy music, a Bose dock with an iPad is available to play your favorite tunes throughout the suite.

Eiffel Tower View at Night

The View That Will Take Your Breath Away

The most incredible feature of the Pullman Eiffel Suite is undoubtedly its view. It’s unmatched – the best view of the Eiffel Tower you can find in any hotel room in Paris. I spent hours researching the best options, and nothing came close.

Even the concierge service through my American Express Platinum card couldn’t find a better view. This unparalleled perspective is the suite’s ultimate selling point.

A private balcony extends the length of the suite, offering a perfect vantage point to admire the Eiffel Tower, especially during the sparkling lights show that takes place every hour from 6 pm to 1 am. This is the perfect opportunity to capture some Instagram-worthy shots.

A Location You Can’t Beat

The Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel is perfectly situated on the left bank of Paris, just steps away from the Eiffel Tower. With 430 rooms, nine different room types, and three suite options, there’s something for everyone.

The hotel also features a brasserie called FRAME and a bar, providing plenty of dining options.

Check-in is at 2 pm, but we were able to request an early check-in at noon. Check-out is at 11 am, but we also requested a later check-out at noon, and the hotel was very accommodating.

Getting There and Dining Options

The hotel is located about 18 miles from Charles de Gaulle Airport and 10 miles from Paris Orly Airport. The Gare Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel station is a short five-minute walk away, and you can easily reach it from Charles de Gaulle Airport using a combination of the RER B and RER C services (about an hour, costing 11€). Alternatively, you can take Le Bus Direct on line 2, which takes roughly 60-70 minutes and costs 18€.

If you prefer, you can also drive, and paid parking is available at the hotel.

With such a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower, we couldn’t imagine venturing out for dinner. We opted for room service, which offers a wide range of options, from appetizers starting at 11€ (like soup) to main courses starting at 14€ (like linguine). We decided to indulge in the 300g seared strip steak for 37€, and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive, bringing the steak up on a hot plate and setting the table for us. Other options include a spiced chicken dish, fish of the day, and desserts around 12€. A healthy menu section is also available, and a TV Dinner option offers a sharing platter with smoked salmon, roasted chicken, ham, cheese, salad, and tortillas for 29€.

Would I Stay Here Again? Absolutely!

The Pullman Eiffel Suite is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will cherish forever. While the price might be steep for most, I believe it’s worth every penny for a truly unforgettable stay. How often can you say you’ve stayed in a room with the most amazing view of the Eiffel Tower? It’s a dream come true, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

For those looking for a truly luxurious experience in Paris, the Pullman Eiffel Suite is the perfect choice. It’s a slice of paradise with an unparalleled view that will forever etch itself into your memories.
