Welcome to Paris, the City of Lights! And what better way to experience its magic than from the comfort of a luxurious suite overlooking the iconic Eiffel Tower? This is more than just a hotel room; it’s a Parisian fairytale waiting to unfold.
A Suite That Exceeds Expectations
Let me tell you, this suite is nothing short of extraordinary. It’s larger than my entire flat! And the view? Breathtaking! You’ll spend hours mesmerized by the Eiffel Tower, standing tall and majestic against the Parisian sky. I dedicated countless hours to research, searching for the ultimate Eiffel Tower view, and this suite surpassed all my expectations. If you crave a truly remarkable stay in Paris, look no further!
An Exclusive Experience, But Not Without a Price Tag
This exclusive suite, the only one of its kind in the entire hotel, comes at a premium. Be prepared to pay a hefty price for this slice of Parisian paradise. It’s more than I’ve ever spent on a single night in a hotel, but the experience is truly worth it.
A Symphony of Space and Luxury
Stepping inside the suite is like entering a spacious sanctuary. With 110 square meters of living space, you’ll have ample room to spread out and relax. The suite’s design is a harmonious blend of modern elegance and Parisian charm.
The well-stocked bar greets you on the right, offering a tempting selection of prosecco, wine, beer, and soft drinks. While the complimentary water and soft drinks are a welcome touch, the other beverages are priced in line with typical hotel rates. The Nespresso machine and a variety of glasses and mugs cater to your every preference.
Moving on, you’ll find a cozy seating area with a corner sofa, a coffee table, and a 46-inch flat-screen TV equipped with a Bose speaker system. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors bathe the suite in natural light, framing the stunning Eiffel Tower view.
A grand marble dining table with four comfortable chairs invites you to enjoy room service or savor your own culinary delights. Imagine dining al fresco on the private balcony, the Eiffel Tower twinkling in the distance. For added convenience, a bathroom awaits just before the bedroom.
A Parisian Retreat
The bedroom, a haven of tranquility, can be secluded from the rest of the suite with sliding doors. You’ll sink into the luxurious king-size bed, adorned with some of the most comfortable pillows you’ll ever experience. The bedroom is a spacious haven, complete with a chaise longue and another 46-inch flat-screen TV, ensuring you can relax and unwind in style. Double doors lead directly to the balcony, inviting you to step out and soak in the Parisian ambiance.
The lavish bathroom, a luxurious retreat, features a double bath, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day exploring the city. A generous selection of C. O. Bigelow toiletries adds a touch of pampering. The shower area boasts an invigorating rainfall shower, complemented by a hand shower for added convenience. Two sinks, two large mirrors, and a second toilet complete this luxurious bathroom space.
A Symphony of Amenities
For extended stays, the Pullman Eiffel Suite offers a plethora of storage space, including a walk-in wardrobe room. A Bose dock with an iPad lets you curate the perfect soundtrack for your Parisian adventure.
The Unforgettable View: The Heart of the Suite
This review wouldn’t be complete without highlighting the suite’s most prized possession: the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. It’s the defining feature of the suite, the reason I chose it in the first place. I conducted extensive research, consulted with American Express Platinum concierge services, and this suite emerged as the undisputed champion of Eiffel Tower views. The view is truly unparalleled, a mesmerizing spectacle that will forever be etched in your memory.
The private balcony, extending from one side of the suite to the other, offers the perfect vantage point for capturing the Eiffel Tower’s enchanting sparkle. Every hour from 6 pm to 1 am, the Eiffel Tower illuminates the night sky with a dazzling five-minute light show. This magical display is a photographer’s dream, perfect for capturing Instagram-worthy moments.
Location: At the Foot of the Eiffel Tower
The hotel is situated on the left bank of Paris, just a stone’s throw from the Eiffel Tower. With 430 rooms and nine room types, including three suite options, there’s a perfect accommodation for every traveler. The FRAME brasserie and the hotel bar offer dining options for every taste.
Check-in begins at 2 pm, and early check-in is usually possible. We were able to arrive around noon. Check-out is at 11 am, but we were granted a late check-out until noon.
Getting There: A Variety of Options
The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access from both Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly airports. The Gare Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel station, just a five-minute walk away, provides direct connections to both airports via the RER B and RER C lines. The journey from Charles de Gaulle airport takes about an hour and costs around 11€.
Alternatively, Le Bus Direct line 2 offers a direct service from both airports, taking roughly 60-70 minutes and costing 18€. If you prefer driving, paid parking is available at the hotel.
Indulge in Room Service: Parisian Delights
With the suite’s magnificent view and spacious dining table, indulging in room service seemed like the only logical choice. The menu offers a diverse range of culinary options to satisfy every palate.
Starters range from 11€ for soup to 19€ for a chopped avocado salad with smoked salmon toast or a grain bowl.
Main courses start at 14€ for linguine and go up to 37€ for a 300g seared strip steak. We opted for the steak, which was truly exceptional. The attentive hotel staff delivered our meal on a hot plate and set the table for us, adding a touch of elegance to the experience. Other main course options include a spiced chicken dish and the fish of the day.
Desserts, averaging around 12€, offer a selection of chocolate fondant, cheese, and fruit salad. Some dishes are available 24 hours a day, with healthy options clearly marked on the menu. A “TV Dinner” option, featuring a sharing platter of smoked salmon, roasted chicken, ham, cheese, salad, and tortillas, is available for 29€.
A Parisian Experience You Won’t Forget
Would I stay at the Pullman Eiffel Suite again? Absolutely! While the price might deter some, for a special occasion, it’s an experience that will leave a lasting impression. The suite is truly exceptional, offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience Paris from a truly magical perspective.
Who wouldn’t want to wake up to the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower every morning? If only I could afford to indulge in such luxury on every trip!
