For those headed to the heart of Paris (postcodes starting with 75), just choose “Paris city centre” and enter your hotel name or address. Otherwise, scroll through the list of available routes to find your destination.
Essential Details: Your Flight Number and Contact Info
Don’t forget your flight number! It’s crucial information that helps us determine the correct airport terminal for pickup and provides us with your estimated arrival time. We also need it to confirm where to drop you off at the airport.
Please double-check that you’re providing the correct flight number, as some customers mistakenly input their booking reference instead. A flight number always starts with two letters representing the airline (BA for British Airways, AF for Air France, FR for Ryanair, etc.) followed by 2-4 numbers.
Your phone number is your lifeline. It’s the only way we can reach you if any issues arise, so make sure it’s accurate and includes your international country code (e.g., a UK mobile starting with 07 becomes +447). If you’re unsure, simply enter your number as it is and add a note about your country in the additional details section. For travel agencies, please provide the guest’s mobile number instead of your own.

From Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly (ORY) airports to the city centre (postcodes starting with 75), the journey typically takes 35-40 minutes. For travellers headed to Beauvais-Tillé (BVA) airport, expect a journey time of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Reaching Disneyland Paris from CDG and ORY airports takes about 40-45 minutes. From BVA airport, the trip is approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes.
Pickup Times: Leaving Enough Time
Traffic congestion is a reality, so we recommend leaving the city centre 3 hours before your flight departure time for CDG and ORY airports. For those flying from BVA airport, we suggest leaving 3.5 hours beforehand.
Child Seats: Keeping Little Ones Safe
We can provide up to two child seats per vehicle. To ensure we have the right size, please include the age or weight of each child in your reservation form.
Luggage: Choosing the Right Vehicle
Not sure which type of vehicle to choose? It’s simple! Choose the higher value between the number of passengers and the number of suitcases. For instance, 3 passengers with 6 standard suitcases would require a 6-seater minivan, as a sedan wouldn’t accommodate all the luggage.
The Private Transfer Experience
You’ve booked a private service, so enjoy a dedicated vehicle for your ride. This means no sharing with other passengers and no intermediate stops on the way.
Meeting Your Driver: Easy Identification
Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall, after luggage claim and passport control. They’ll be holding a sign with your name. Just show them the confirmation voucher you received to confirm your identity. No need to print it; a copy on your mobile phone will do.
When leaving the city for the airport, your driver will meet you at your hotel reception. For private addresses, they’ll be waiting at the address you provided in your reservation form.
