Ready to book your tickets? Here’s how:
Once your payment is complete, your tickets are yours to keep! You can’t exchange, refund, or return them, unless the event is canceled.
Before clicking “confirm,” double-check the date, time, seating, number of tickets, and price to ensure everything is correct.
Got your tickets? Download them directly to your smartphone or tablet, or print them from your personal account.
Having trouble downloading or printing? No worries! Just visit our reception desk at least 30 minutes before the event starts. Bring your booking number or a photo ID, and we’ll get you sorted.
Member-Specific Information
MCJP members, don’t forget to log in to our online booking platform using the email address you registered with. You can also access member discounts this way.
Forgot your password? No problem! Click on the “Forgot Password” link, and a new password will be sent to your email address. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the email.
Important note: If you buy a ticket at a higher price, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
How to Book
Ready to book your tickets? You have a few options:
In Person:
- Visit our ticket office from Tuesday to Saturday between 11:00 AM and 6:30 PM.

By Phone:
- Call us at 01 44 37 95 95 (except for cinema tickets) from Tuesday to Saturday between 11:00 AM and 6:30 PM.

Important: Reservations made by phone must be paid within 8 days. After 8 days, your reservation will be automatically canceled. If the event is less than 8 days away, you’ll need to pay immediately.
By Mail:

Include:
- A check made out to MCJP, with your booking number, the event name, and date written on the back.
- For reduced rate tickets, attach a copy of your proof of eligibility.
