Free Entry Opportunities: We’re happy to offer free entry to the Hotel de la Marine to several visitors, including those under 18, European Union citizens aged 18 to 25, and certain professionals (proof of identification is required). Collect your free tickets at the Hotel de la Marine itself.
Free Admission Days: Take advantage of free admission during European Heritage Days on the third weekend of September. Plus, enjoy free entry on the first Sunday of every month from November to March. This is a great opportunity to experience the beauty of these attractions without paying a fee.

- Validity: Your river cruise tickets are valid for one month from your chosen travel date and can be used on another day within that timeframe.
- Languages: The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages, including French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
- Capacity: The river cruise boats can accommodate up to 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Peak Season: During peak seasons, expect longer waits for the Seine River cruise due to high visitor numbers. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to provide a seamless experience for everyone.
