Welcome to Hotel Samos! We’re excited to have you join us and want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This guide will provide you with all the information you need to navigate your way around our hotel and the services we offer.
Arrival & Departure
When you arrive, you can check in at your convenience. Remember, your room will be guaranteed from 3pm on arrival day, and your first meal service is lunch. To make check-in a breeze, pre-register online to provide your details and settle any applicable charges. You can then simply pick up your room keycard at reception.
If you arrive before 3pm, you can ask if your room is ready. If you arrive very early (from midnight onward), reserve your room from the previous day to guarantee access.
Waiting for your room? While we don’t allow guests to sleep in reception or public areas, feel free to leave your luggage with us free of charge. We also offer a courtesy room for a quick shower or change.
Check-out time is 12pm. If you wish to extend your stay until 6pm, contact reception 24 hours beforehand to check availability and any associated costs.
Dining & Recreation
Savor delicious meals at our Hotel Samos restaurant! Guests can enjoy meals outside their board plan for an additional fee. No reservation is needed, just purchase an entrance ticket from reception. You can find the pricing details in the ‘Restaurant and bars’ FAQ section.
Looking for parking? Our on-site car park costs 10 EUR/day per vehicle. We cannot reserve spaces in advance, so availability is not guaranteed.
Want to explore the island? Rent a car, scooter, motorbike, or quad bike directly from reception. Our car-hire partner, Torrenova Rent-a-Car, offers great deals for our guests. You can also book your vehicle online before arrival, picking it up either at the airport or Hotel Samos.
For larger items like golf clubs, you can store them in your room or on your private terrace. Bikes must be stored in our secure locker. Please note that Hotel Samos is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Additional Services
Need to withdraw cash? A cash machine is conveniently located outside the Hotel Samos entrance.
For documents like boarding passes, we offer printing services for 0.50 EUR per side of A4.
We also provide an express laundry service (wash, dry, and iron) at a charge per item.
Special Occasions
Make your celebration unforgettable! We offer the following extras:

- Cava (sparkling wine)
Contact us at least 48 hours in advance with the recipient’s name, booking reference, and holiday dates.
Celebrating your actual birthday, wedding anniversary, or honeymoon during your stay? Enjoy a complimentary bottle of cava from the Hotel Samos team! Just let us know before your arrival.
Need to add your own decorations? You can either post them to us in advance or bring them with you.
