Imagine waking up to the most breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, right from your own private suite. This isn’t just a dream; it’s a reality at the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel! During my recent trip to Paris, I had the privilege of staying in their Penthouse Eiffel Suite, and let me tell you, it was an experience I’ll never forget. This was hands down the best hotel suite I’ve ever stayed in.
I spent hours researching to find the best hotel room in Paris with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower, and this suite was the absolute winner. I even consulted my American Express Platinum concierge, and they couldn’t find anything better. It’s no surprise this suite is the most expensive hotel room I’ve ever booked! But let me tell you, the Penthouse Eiffel Suite is worth every penny!
A Suite with Breathtaking Views and Unparalleled Luxury
This suite is truly luxurious, offering over 110 square meters of living space, which is more than half the size of my flat in Scotland! You won’t find another suite like this in the entire hotel, so if you want it, you’ll need to act fast, especially for popular dates.
The Penthouse Eiffel Suite feels like a mini apartment. You’re greeted by a stylish bar area stocked with a mini-fridge filled with prosecco, wine, beer, water, and soft drinks. The complimentary water and soft drinks are a nice touch, and the other drinks are priced competitively. For your caffeine fix, there’s a Nespresso machine and a variety of glasses and mugs to choose from.
Beyond the bar, you’ll find a cozy seating area with a corner sofa, a table, and a 46-inch flat-screen TV equipped with a Bose speaker system. The entire suite boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, providing spectacular views of the city and, of course, the Eiffel Tower.
Next up is a large marble dining table that seats four comfortably. Whether you want to enjoy room service or dine outside on the balcony, you’ll have a delightful setting to savor your meals. And just before the bedroom, there’s a beautifully appointed bathroom.
The bedroom, which can be closed off with sliding doors, features a king-size bed with incredibly comfortable pillows. It’s a spacious room with all the amenities you’d expect, including a chaise lounge and another 46-inch flat-screen TV. Like the rest of the suite, the bedroom has double doors leading out to the balcony.
The Penthouse Eiffel Suite has an absolutely stunning bathroom. In one corner, you’ll find a double bath stocked with luxurious C. O. Bigelow toiletries. The shower area features a fantastic rainfall shower with a hand shower option. The bathroom also has two sinks, two large mirrors, and a second toilet.
For longer stays, the suite provides plenty of storage space, including a walk-in wardrobe. There’s also a Bose dock with an iPad to play music throughout the suite.
The Star of the Show: The Eiffel Tower View
It’s impossible to talk about this suite without mentioning the view! I can’t stress enough how amazing it is. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a breathtaking panorama of the Eiffel Tower.
You can enjoy this view from the entire suite, including the balcony, which stretches the width of the suite and offers a table and chairs for al fresco dining or simply relaxing while soaking in the Parisian air.
Don’t miss the Eiffel Tower’s sparkle display! From 6 pm to 1 am, the tower sparkles for five minutes every hour, creating an unforgettable spectacle that’s perfect for capturing Instagram-worthy photos.
Everything You Need for a Parisian Getaway
The Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel is located on the Left Bank, right next to the Eiffel Tower. With 430 rooms and nine different room types, plus three suite options, you’re sure to find the perfect accommodation for your trip.
The hotel also features the FRAME brasserie and a bar. Check-in is at 2 pm, but you can request an early check-in, which we did and were happily accommodated. Check-out is at 11 am, but they were more than happy to allow us to check out at noon.
Getting to the Hotel: A Breeze
The hotel is about 18 miles from Charles de Gaulle Airport and 10 miles from Paris Orly Airport. The Gare Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel station is a short five-minute walk away. You can reach the station from Charles de Gaulle Airport using a combination of RER B and RER C train lines in under an hour. The cost is around 11€.
Another option is to take Le Bus Direct line 2, which takes approximately 60-70 minutes and costs 18€. You won’t have to change buses with this option. If you prefer to drive, paid parking is available at the hotel.
Indulge in Delicious Room Service
With the Eiffel Tower right outside your window and a massive marble dining table in your suite, it would have been a shame to dine out. We opted for room service, and it was fantastic!
The starters ranged in price from 11€ for soup to 19€ for a chopped avocado salad with smoked salmon toast or a grain bowl. The main courses started at 14€ for linguine and went up to 37€ for a 300g seared strip steak, which we both enjoyed. Other main course options included a spiced chicken dish and the fish of the day.
Desserts were priced around 12€, offering choices like chocolate fondant, cheese, and fruit salad. Some dishes across the three courses were available 24 hours a day, with healthy options clearly marked on the menu. There’s even a “TV Dinner” option featuring a sharing platter with smoked salmon, roasted chicken, ham, cheese, salad, and tortillas for 29€.
Would I Stay Here Again? Absolutely!
The Penthouse Eiffel Suite is an unforgettable experience. It might be a splurge, but for a special occasion, it’s truly worth it. The suite is breathtaking, and you can’t beat the view of the Eiffel Tower. I hope I get to stay here again someday!
