Welcome to Hotel Eiffel Trocadero!

Get ready to experience the magic of Paris at Hotel Eiffel Trocadero! We’re thrilled to have you as our guest and want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. To make sure everything runs smoothly, we’ve outlined some essential terms and conditions. These guidelines cover everything from booking and cancellation to your responsibilities and ours. So, sit back, relax, and let’s dive into the details.

Booking and Payment

We’re excited to welcome you to Hotel Eiffel Trocadero! Here’s what you need to know about making a reservation and settling your bill:

Our website displays all rates in Euros (€) per room and night, including VAT, for your chosen dates and number of guests. The city tax (€2.48 per day per person) is not included in these rates and will be added separately.

Extra expenses like additional guests, flower arrangements, or minibar items are billed separately. Please double-check the final amount for your booking before confirming and paying.

Booking directly with us through our website, www.hoteleiffeltrocadero.com, provides a seamless experience! Our real-time reservation system updates daily, ensuring accuracy. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming your reservation, and you’re all set!

Upon your arrival, you can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB cards. If you plan to pay with another card, please let us know in advance to ensure we accept it.

Our online reservation system accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. When entering your credit card information, rest assured that all data is encrypted and secure. Look for an “s” after “http” in the URL (https://) to verify your secure connection.

Our payment website is protected by Thawte and complies with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, ensuring your data is safe. Your reservation is confirmed once you have filled in all the required information, including your credit card details, and received a confirmation email.

Flexibility and Cancellations

We understand that travel plans can change. Here’s how to modify your reservation and handle cancellations:

Your booking is guaranteed regardless of your arrival time. However, if you expect to arrive after 8 pm, please kindly inform us.

To modify your reservation, contact us directly via telephone: +33 (0)1 53 70 17 70, fax: +33 (0)1 53 70 17 80, or email. Your change will be valid after receiving our confirmation.

Any changes to your arrival date must be made at least 48 hours before your original arrival date (Paris time, noon). Refer to Article 5 for more details.

Canceling your reservation requires notifying us at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. The same applies to delayed arrivals and early departures.

Cancellations, delayed arrivals, or early departures made less than 48 hours before your original arrival date will result in a one-night penalty charged to your credit card, except in cases of force majeure, such as transportation strikes.

Please note that some promotional offers, packages, or special deals have specific cancellation policies. These will be clearly outlined in the offer description.

Pets, Beverages, and Other Policies

We’re happy to welcome you and your furry companion! Here’s information on bringing pets and other hotel policies.

If you plan to bring your pet, please inform us before booking. We’ll let you know if we can accommodate your pet based on its type and size.

Pets brought without prior authorization may not be permitted. Additionally, pets that could potentially disrupt the peace and tranquility of the hotel due to their size, behavior, or perceived dangerousness may also be prohibited.

If your pet is not accepted, it will be your responsibility to find alternative accommodation for it if you wish to keep your room.

We’re happy to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to both hotel guests and visitors. However, consuming drinks outside the hotel premises is not permitted. All beverages must be enjoyed within the hotel.

At the request of the Préfecture de Paris, we may refuse to sell alcoholic beverages to anyone without prior notice.

We will not serve alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years old, those who are intoxicated, those displaying offensive behavior, or those exhibiting inappropriate conduct.

Check-in, Check-out, and Parking

Here’s information on check-in, check-out times, and parking.

Check-in time is 2 pm, and check-out time is noon. We’ll do our best to accommodate early check-ins whenever possible. You’re welcome to leave your luggage at the reception and retrieve it later.

If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. We’ll be happy to assist you, but a surcharge will apply based on the number of hours.

A private parking space is available near the hotel. You can reserve it in advance for €25 per 24 hours. Upon checking in, you can inquire about availability and secure a parking spot if it’s not already reserved. Please note that the parking arrival and departure times are the same as those for the rooms.

Safety Deposit Boxes and Responsibility for Theft

Your safety is our priority. Here’s information on safety deposit boxes and liability for theft:

A safety deposit box is provided in your room. We recommend storing your valuables in your room’s safe or, even better, in the hotel’s safe. In the event of theft or damage from the hotel’s safe, we are fully responsible, and you will receive a full refund. However, in case of theft or damage from your room’s safe, our liability is limited to an amount equal to 100 times the value of your room.

We’re committed to providing you with a safe and enjoyable experience at Hotel Eiffel Trocadero. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
