Booking Your Parisian Dream
Your adventure starts with a click! You can book directly through our website, www.hoteleiffeltrocadero.com. We use a real-time reservation system, so you’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as you’ve completed your booking.
Let’s talk about the details:
- Prices: Our rates are clearly displayed on our website in Euros (€) per room, per night. The rates include VAT but exclude the city tax (€2.48 per person, per day), which is added separately.
- Extra Expenses: Additional costs like an extra guest, a flower bouquet, or minibar items are billed separately. Make sure to double-check the total amount before you confirm your booking.
- Payment: You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB cards. If you plan to use another card, please let us know beforehand to confirm if we accept it.
- Online Payment Security: We understand your concern about online payment security. Rest assured, all credit card data is encrypted and secured during the booking process. You’ll see an “s” after “http” in the URL, indicating a secure connection. Our payment website is secured by Thawte and complies with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) rules.
Confirmation and Changes
Your booking is confirmed as soon as you receive your email confirmation. This guarantees your reservation regardless of your arrival time. However, if you plan to arrive after 8 pm, please let us know so we can ensure a smooth check-in.

Important reminders:
- Changes to arrival dates must be made at least 48 hours before your original arrival time (Paris time, noon). See Article 5 for more details.
- Cancellation: Cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your arrival date. The same applies to delayed arrivals and early departures.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival will incur a one-night charge, which will be added to your credit card. This does not apply in cases of force majeure, such as transportation strikes.
- Special Offers: Some promotions, packages, or special offers may have specific cancellation policies. These will be clearly stated in the offer description.
Pets and Beverages
Bringing your furry friend? We’re happy to consider pet requests. Please let us know the type and size of your pet before you book. We will let you know if we can accommodate your pet.
Please note:
- Pets brought without prior approval may not be allowed.
- Pets considered potential threats to the hotel’s peace and quiet due to their size, behavior, or dangerousness may be refused.
- You will be responsible for finding alternative accommodation for your pet if it cannot be accommodated.

We are happy to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to hotel guests and visitors. However, consuming drinks outside the hotel premises is not permitted.

- We may refuse to sell alcohol to anyone without prior notice, per the Préfecture de Paris’s regulations.
- We will not serve alcohol to individuals under 18, those who are intoxicated, or those displaying offensive or inappropriate behavior.
Your Comfort is Our Priority
Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out is noon. We will do our best to accommodate early check-in requests. You can leave your luggage at the reception and collect it later. Late check-out is possible with prior notice and may incur an additional charge.
Parking: We have a private parking lot near the hotel. You can reserve it in advance for €25.- per 24 hours. Parking is available upon request if not reserved.
Safety and Security
Your valuables are important to us. Every room has a safety deposit box. We encourage you to use it to store your valuables.
In case of theft or damage:
- Hotel Safe: Our responsibility is total, and you will be fully refunded.
- Room Safe: Our responsibility is limited to an amount equivalent to 100 times the room value.
