Booking and Payment
Direct Booking: You’re booking directly with us when you visit our website, www.hoteleiffeltrocadero.com. We use a real-time reservation system that’s updated daily, so you’ll receive an immediate confirmation email once your booking is complete.
Pricing: The prices displayed on our site are in Euros (€) per room and night, including VAT. Please note that the city tax (€2.48 per day per person) is not included. Additional expenses like extra guests, flowers, or minibar items are billed separately. Always verify the total amount before confirming your booking.
Payment Options: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB cards at the hotel. If you plan to use another card, please contact us beforehand to ensure we accept it. Our online reservation system only accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Secure Payment: Rest assured that all credit card information is encrypted and secured. Look for “https://” in the URL to confirm you’re in a secure zone. Our payment website is protected by Thawte and complies with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) rules.
Confirmations and Changes
Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once you complete all the required fields, including your credit card information, and receive a confirmation email. This guarantees your booking regardless of your arrival time.
Late Arrivals: We appreciate it if you let us know if you expect to arrive after 8 PM.
Changes: Any changes to your booking must be made directly with us by phone, fax, or email. These changes are only valid after you receive a confirmation from us.
Arrival Date Changes: Changes to your arrival date must be made at least 48 hours before your original arrival date (Paris time, noon).
Cancellations and Penalties
Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your arrival date. This also applies to delayed arrivals or early departures.
Cancellation Penalties: If you cancel, delay your arrival, or leave early less than 48 hours before your original arrival date, a penalty of one night’s value will be charged to your credit card. Exceptions apply in cases of force majeure (e.g., transportation strike).

Pets, Drinks, and Special Considerations

Check-in: Check-in time is 2 PM. We’ll do our best to accommodate early check-in requests. You can leave your luggage at the reception if your room isn’t ready yet.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out: If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance. We’ll gladly assist, but an additional charge may apply based on the duration.
Parking and Valuables
Parking: We have a private parking area near the hotel that you can reserve in advance for €25 per 24 hours. It’s also available on a first-come, first-served basis if not reserved. Parking hours are similar to room check-in and check-out times.
Valuables: Each room has a safety deposit box. We recommend storing your valuables in your room’s safe or, ideally, in the hotel’s safe. In case of theft or damage in the hotel’s safe, we will be fully responsible and provide a complete refund. If theft or damage occurs in your room’s safe, our liability is limited to an amount equivalent to 100 times the room value.
