Cancellations and Penalties
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your arrival date. The same applies to delayed arrivals and early departures. If you cancel, arrive late, or depart early within 48 hours of your original arrival date, a one-night penalty will be charged to your credit card. However, force majeure events, such as transportation strikes, are exempt from this rule.

Bringing Your Furry Friend
