Get ready for an unforgettable stay at Disneyland Paris Hotels! To ensure your safety and make sure everyone has a magical time, please follow these simple guidelines.
Keeping Our Hotels Safe and Fun
Your safety is our top priority, and we want everyone to enjoy their stay. We may need to check your belongings at the entrance and inside the hotels. This includes looking at your bags and coats to make sure there are no items that could cause harm. If you refuse this check, we may not be able to let you into the hotel.
While access to the hotel is free, remember that restrooms are for hotel guests only. We might also have to ask everyone to follow some special rules to keep everyone safe and healthy, like wearing a mask in certain areas.
What’s Not Allowed in the Hotels
For everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly ask you to leave these items at home:
- Anything illegal or dangerous, such as alcohol, weapons, or things that look like weapons (even toys!). We want everyone to feel safe and secure.
- Things that could disturb other guests, like loud noisemakers or music players. Let’s keep the atmosphere peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.
- Drones or remote-controlled toys. These can cause distractions and even accidents, so let’s keep them out of the hotels.
- Anything we think could cause harm, disrupt the peace, or is inappropriate.
If you have any of these items, we’ll ask you to get rid of them before you enter the hotel. We don’t keep lost items, so please don’t leave them behind.
Bringing prohibited items will mean you can’t stay in the hotels.
Get Around Safely
Here’s the deal with transportation:
- No roller skates, bikes, scooters, skateboards, or any other personal transport is allowed in the hotels. This helps keep things safe and organized for everyone.
- Guests with disabilities who need to use mobility aids are welcome, but these aids must be approved medical devices with at least 3 wheels to ensure stability and safety.
- You might need to show a doctor’s note for your mobility aid (unless it’s a standard wheelchair).
- At Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, you can use your mobility aid outdoors as long as you’re careful and respectful of other guests.
- Wearing a helmet and a reflective jacket is a good idea, especially at night or when it’s hard to see.
- Always keep your speed to a walking pace (no faster than 6 km/hr).
Look Your Best (But Keep It Appropriate)
We encourage you to dress comfortably and appropriately while you’re at the hotels. Some of our restaurants have dress codes, so you can check our website or ask when you make your reservation.
We also ask that you keep costumes and face makeup to a minimum. We want to make sure everyone feels comfortable and that our guests, especially children, aren’t frightened.
For safety reasons, only guests with a medical need can wear clothing that covers their face completely. Masks are allowed for younger guests, but they must be safe and allow clear vision.
Remember, guests 12 and older can’t wear masks or costumes unless they’re needed for medical reasons.
Private Events Have Their Own Rules
If you’re attending a private event, please check the event materials or advertisements for any specific rules. These events might have special guidelines, so it’s best to be aware of them.
Bringing Your Furry Friends
We love animals, but they’re generally not allowed in the hotels. We make exceptions for assistance dogs and guide dogs who are certified under French law. These dogs must be on a leash and under their owner’s control. You might be asked to show proof of the dog’s training and purpose.
Emotional support animals (cats and dogs only) are allowed if you have medical proof of need. They must be on a leash, under your control, and not considered a dangerous breed. Please be sure to keep your pet clean and well-behaved to make sure everyone enjoys their stay.
Important Information for International Guests
If you’re not a French citizen and you’re over 15 years old, you’ll need to fill out a police form upon arrival at the hotel. If you have children under 15, you can include their information on your form.
Your Room Awaits
Check-in is from 3 pm on the day you arrive (except at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, where check-in is at 4 pm). Checkout is by 11 am on the day you leave.
We look forward to welcoming you to a magical experience at Disneyland Paris Hotels!
