Australian orders are printed and shipped within Australia, while US orders are handled within the US. All other print orders are lovingly shipped from our studio in Brisbane, Australia.

Large prints may be rolled and shipped in a protective cylinder. Simply unroll them gently, keeping the artwork in its protective sleeve, and place them under a flat weight for a few hours. This won’t harm your print!
Custom Framing: For those who prefer a custom-framed look, we highly recommend it to safeguard your artwork. Please leave the artwork in its protective sleeve for the framers to handle with care.
Preserving Your Art: To ensure your artwork’s longevity, use archival quality frames and acid-free materials. Professional framing is the ideal choice for optimal protection. Avoid displaying your framed piece in direct sunlight or strong light.
TLC for Pastels: For our delicate pastel original works, it’s essential to take them to a custom framer. They’ll use spacers to prevent the paper and pigments from touching the glass and any loose pigment particles from falling onto the mat. This ensures your investment stays pristine and protected.
