Welcome to the Disneyland Paris Hotels: Let’s Make This a Magical Stay!

We’re thrilled to have you at our hotels! We want your visit to be enjoyable and safe for everyone. To ensure that, we kindly ask you to follow these simple guidelines.

Welcome to the Disneyland Paris Hotels: Let's Make This a Magical Stay! ✨

A Smooth Entry:

For security reasons, we may need to check your bags and personal belongings at the entrance and inside the hotels. We use this process to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. We understand this might seem like an extra step, but it’s all about keeping everyone safe and happy!

While entry to the hotels is usually free, access to hotel restrooms is reserved for hotel guests only. We might need to implement specific safety measures, like limited access or mask-wearing, for everyone’s well-being.

Keep It Safe & Fun:

It’s important to keep the safety of all guests in mind. Certain items are strictly prohibited inside our hotels. These include:

  • Anything that could be dangerous, like weapons, fireworks, or even things that look like weapons, even if they’re just toys.
  • Items that might disrupt other guests, like loud speakers or vuvuzelas.
  • Drones or remote-controlled toys.
  • Anything that we deem potentially harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate.

If you have any prohibited items, please dispose of them before entering the hotels. We appreciate your cooperation! Remember, breaking the rules could lead to being asked to leave the hotel.

Moving Around:

We want to make sure everyone has a comfortable and safe experience. Using personal transportation, such as skateboards, bicycles, or scooters (even those with motors), is not allowed in the hotels.

Guests with reduced mobility are welcome to use their mobility devices. To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, these devices must meet certain requirements:

  • They must be recognized as medical devices.
  • They must have at least three wheels for stability.
  • They must be designed for mobility and body support.

A medical certificate might be required to show that the mobility device is necessary.

At Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, mobility devices are allowed in outdoor areas, but please be mindful of others and use them safely.

Safety first! Wearing a helmet and a reflective jacket is always a good idea. Wearing a reflective jacket at night or during times of low visibility is mandatory.

Keep it slow and steady! The speed of these vehicles should be no faster than a walking pace, no more than 6 km/hr.

Dress Code:

We ask that all guests dress appropriately at all times. This means wearing both a top and bottom garment, as well as footwear. Some of our restaurants have specific dress codes. You can find this information on our website or by contacting us when you book your table.

We want to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse guests who are wearing costumes, makeup, or tattoos that could be offensive, disturbing, or frightening to children or families. This also includes costumes that are likely to cause confusion or interfere with hotel operations.

For safety reasons, visitors are only allowed to wear face coverings if they are doing so for medical reasons. Masks or costumes are not permitted for visitors 12 and older. Children wearing masks must have masks with unobstructed peripheral vision, allowing their eyes to be fully seen.

Special events may have specific guidelines, so please check any promotional materials or event information for these rules.

Animal Companions:

We love animals, but pets are not allowed in the hotels, with the exception of:

  • Assistance dogs and guide dogs (as defined by French law) are welcome. They must be leashed and under the control of their owner. We may request medical proof of need.
  • Emotional support animals (cats or dogs only) are also welcome, but only if they meet these requirements:
    • Medical proof of need must be provided.
    • If it’s a dog, it must not be classified as a dangerous breed.
    • They must be leashed and under the owner’s control at all times.

Please ensure that your animal’s cleanliness is maintained for the comfort of all guests.

Staying Informed:

For non-French citizens aged 15 and over, please remember to complete an individual police form upon arrival at the hotel. Children under 15 can be included on the form of a accompanying adult.

Your room is available from 3 pm on the day of your arrival. Please check out by 11 am on the day of your departure. At Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, your room is available from 4 pm.

We hope you have a magical and unforgettable stay at our hotels! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
