Visiting Hours and Access
- Open daily from 10 am to 6 pm (except Mondays) – Ticket sales close at 5:15 pm.
- Thursday late nights: Enjoy extended hours until 9:30 pm for temporary exhibitions.
- Closed on: January 1st, May 1st, and December 25th.
- Special closing time: December 24th and 31st, the museum closes at 5 pm.
Getting There
Conveniently located in the heart of Paris, the Musée d’Art Moderne is easily accessible:
- Metro: Lines 9 (Alma-Marceau or Iéna stops)
- Vélib’ Station: Located at 4 rue de Longchamp, 4 avenue Marceau, Place de la Reine Astrid, or 45 avenue Marceau.
- Bicycle: Bike parking is available right in front of the museum entrance.
- Bus: Lines 32 (Iéna), 42 (Alma-Marceau), 63 (Iéna), 72 (Musée d’Art Moderne), 80 (Alma-Marceau), 82 (Iéna), and 92 (Alma-Marceau).

Important Information
- Safety: In compliance with the Vigipirate security plan, we conduct visual inspections of all bags and luggage. Bags exceeding H40L40P40 dimensions are strictly prohibited. The museum security service may take any necessary measures without prior notice.
- Convenience: For your comfort, a free cloakroom is available for the duration of your visit.
