Get ready for an enchanting experience at the Disneyland Paris Hotels! To ensure your safety and a magical time for all, please follow our friendly guidelines.
Keeping Everyone Safe and Happy
We want to ensure everyone has a wonderful time, so we’ve got a few things to keep in mind:
- Security checks: For your safety, we may need to briefly check your belongings at the entrance. We’ll use our best judgment to keep everyone safe.
- Hotel access: While access to the hotels is generally free, using the hotel restrooms is reserved for hotel guests. We may also have special measures, like wearing masks, for health reasons.
- Prohibited items: To keep everyone safe and comfortable, certain items are not allowed. These include:
- Dangerous items: Anything that could harm anyone, like weapons, fireworks, or laser pointers.
- Disruptive items: Things that could disturb others, like loud speakers or vuvuzelas.
- Drones and toys: These items can create safety hazards, so they’re not allowed.
- Anything deemed inappropriate: We’ll use our judgment to determine if something could be unsafe or disruptive.
- Disposing of prohibited items: If you have something that’s not allowed, you’ll need to dispose of it before entering the hotel. We don’t keep any items, so they can’t be recovered.
- Consequences of bringing prohibited items: Bringing prohibited items can unfortunately result in being asked to leave the hotels. We want to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
Getting Around
- Personal transportation: We want to make sure everyone gets around safely, so personal transportation like roller skates, bicycles, or scooters is not permitted inside the hotels.
- Mobility assistance: For guests with reduced mobility, access to the hotels with certain electric devices is allowed if they meet these criteria:
- Medical device: The device must be recognized as a medical device.
- Stability: The device should have at least 3 wheels for stability.
- Mobility and support: The device should be designed to provide safe mobility and body support.
- Medical documentation: A medical certificate may be required, especially for devices beyond standard wheelchairs.
- Use at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch: These devices are welcome in the outdoor areas of Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, but remember to be respectful and safe.
- Safety guidelines: For safety, wearing a helmet and reflective jacket is recommended. Reflective jackets are required at night or when visibility is poor.
- Speed limits: Remember to keep the speed of these devices at a walking pace, not exceeding 6 km/hr.
Dress Code
- Appropriate attire: We encourage everyone to dress appropriately at all times.
- Restaurant dress codes: Some restaurants may have specific dress codes, so please check our website or ask when you book your table.
- Costumes and masks: We understand that costumes are fun, but we have some guidelines:
- Costume restrictions: We may have to ask visitors to remove certain costumes, especially if they might offend or scare children.
- Facial coverings: The only visitors allowed to wear clothing covering their face completely are those with medical reasons.
- Mask guidelines: Visitors 12 and older may not wear masks unless they are required for medical purposes. Masks worn by younger visitors must allow for clear vision and eye visibility.
- Special event guidelines: Private events may have their own specific guidelines, which will be found in event materials. Please make sure to check them out!
Taking Care of Our furry Friends
- Animals in the Hotels: We’re pet-friendly, but we have some rules:
- Assistance dogs: Assistance dogs are welcome and must be kept on a leash and under the care of their owner.
- Emotional support animals: Emotional support animals (cats or dogs) are allowed with medical documentation. They must not be classified as dangerous dogs and must be kept on a leash and under the owner’s care.
- Keeping things clean: For the comfort of everyone, please make sure your pet’s cleanliness is maintained.
Registration and Room Access
- Registration: Non-French nationals over 15 years old must fill out an individual police form upon arrival. Children under 15 can be included on an accompanying adult’s form.
- Room availability: Rooms are available from 3 pm on arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on departure (except at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, where rooms are available from 4 pm).
