We believe in making a real difference in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. We partner with 15 local associations, volunteer over 150 hours annually, and have donated €35,000 to various charitable organizations in the past year.

Sustainable food is a priority. We promote environmentally and socially responsible agricultural practices and support local producers.
We’re committed to optimizing water and energy use, avoiding unnecessary consumption. We carefully manage waste by implementing the 3Rs philosophy: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
We were the first hotel in France to install a bio-waste tank, transforming 95% of our organic waste into biogas. We also collect 12 different types of waste for reuse and recycling, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.
A Sustainable Stay
At each stage of your journey with us, we’ve implemented actions and choices to minimize our environmental impact, ensuring a high-quality experience without compromising on responsibility.
Check-in is now paperless, with information and invoices printed only upon request. We also offer a wide selection of online newspapers and catalogs, eliminating the need for paper copies.
Bedrooms and bathrooms feature zero-plastic hospitality products. We’ve replaced single-use packaging with rechargeable bottles for soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.
Vapodil® equipment provides eco-friendly cleaning solutions for rooms and bathrooms, using dry steam to reduce chemical usage and the burden on our teams.
Breakfast is a celebration of local produce and plant-based options. We carefully manage our buffet to minimize waste and partner with the Food Bank and Proxidon to redistribute unsold food to local charities.
Event spaces feature carbon-neutral carpets from Interface made with recycled materials. We offer filtered water dispensers and bean-to-cup coffee machines to reduce plastic waste.
Umami Burger Paris serves delicious vegetarian and vegan options using Beyond Meat, highlighting the impact of animal agriculture on the environment.
Events benefit from seasonal menus featuring quality local products. Our lighting, heating, and air conditioning systems are remotely controlled, ensuring a comfortable environment while reducing energy consumption.
Skybar Paris takes a creative approach to zero-waste cocktails, utilizing every ingredient to its fullest potential.
Banqueting menus emphasize plant-based options and include vegetarian dishes. We partner with the Banque Alimentaire to redistribute unconsumed meals and products to local associations.
