What time can I check in and out? Your room is ready for you at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. On your departure day, we kindly request you to check out by 11:00 AM. But fear not, you’re welcome to utilize our common areas and services like luggage storage before and after these times.

Rooms & Amenities

Does my room have a safe? Yes, all rooms are equipped with electronic safes protected by numerical codes to keep your valuables secure.

Are there non-smoking rooms? All common areas of the hotel are strictly no smoking in accordance with Italian law. For your specific needs, please indicate your preference for a smoking or non-smoking room during the booking process.

Getting to the Hotel

Can I arrive by car? Absolutely! Drive straight to the hotel. Our partnered garage staff will handle the parking for you. Just tell them your car license plate number.

What’s the nearest train station? The Santa Maria Novella main station (SMN) is your closest option, just a 5 to 7-minute walk from the hotel. It’s also a 5-minute taxi ride.

How do I get to the airport? The Amerigo Vespucci airport in Peretola is about a 20 to 30-minute taxi ride. You can also catch the shuttle bus that leaves every 30 minutes on the hour or take the new tramline. Both options will take you to the central Florence station, Santa Maria Novella.

Parking

Does the hotel have parking? Yes, we have a partner garage offering pick-up and drop-off service. It operates from 7:00 AM to 2:00 AM and charges between €25.00 and €40.00 per day depending on your car’s size. You can leave your car in the garage until 3:00 PM on your departure day at no extra cost.

Is the garage always open? The garage is open from 7:00 AM to 2:00 AM. If you return after closing time, park your car on the street in front of the hotel. As soon as the garage reopens, someone will collect your car and park it for you.

Do I need to register my car plate in advance? The garage will register your license plate upon your arrival. Pre-registration is not necessary.

Breakfast & Services

What about breakfast? Our delicious buffet breakfast is served in the frescoes-adorned breakfast room and on the terrace during summer, located on the first floor. It’s available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If your departure is before breakfast time, you can request a packed breakfast at the reception by 6:00 PM the day before.

Does the hotel have a Concierge service? Yes! Our friendly Concierge is happy to help you make the most of your stay. We can assist with general information, museum reservations, restaurant recommendations, theater bookings, car rental, bike rental, babysitting, and much more. Just ask!

Is there a laundry service? We offer laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Clothing delivered before 10:30 AM will be returned after 8:00 PM the same day.

Does the hotel have internet access? Absolutely! Enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. No passwords or codes required; simply register yourself. You’ll also find a free internet point in the hotel.

Where can I find an adapter? All rooms have multiple sockets that accommodate most plugs. If you need something specific, our Concierge will be happy to help.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Can I bring my pet? We welcome small pets in your room at no extra charge. However, please note that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room. We can provide bowls, kennels, or litter boxes upon request. You can also arrange for dog-sitting services through us.
