We were feeling quite proud as we bypassed the long lines for the elevator, eagerly joining the small group heading to the restaurant. After all, we were about to embark on a night of French wine, delicious cuisine, and romance.

The roast herbed guinea fowl breast was quintessentially French, perfectly complemented by mashed potato, green asparagus, and mushroom cream. Even my husband’s grilled lamb was exceptional.
We couldn’t resist indulging in the rich chocolate marquise for dessert, which was the perfect way to end our culinary journey.
