The restaurant will be offering new menus created by Thierry Marx for dinner and lunch, starting on March 13th, before closing for extensive renovations from September 2019 to February 2020.

Led by Ramy Fischler, the 2018 Designer of the Year and founder of RF Studio, and Nicola Delon, co-founder of the Encore Heureux collective, the architectural project for the future Brasserie is divided into islands, providing more views for guests and highlighting the Tower’s original structure. Thierry Marx’s vision for the Brasserie is to create a truly “universal” space, offering a Parisian bistro cuisine that emphasizes the use of simple ingredients. The Brasserie will also be committed to environmental responsibility and social consciousness, using primarily local products sourced within 200 kilometers of Paris and minimizing waste. Get ready to experience the new Brasserie in early 2020!

Take Away Delights: Flavor on Every Floor

The Eiffel Tower experience is set to become as tasty as it is innovative, with a variety of take-away options available from April to December 2019. On the Esplanade, visitors can enjoy delicious Eiffel Tower cones, both savory and sweet, perfect for on-the-go snacking. Food tricycles will also be offering seasonal treats, including Parisian hot dogs, detox bars, soup or ice cream, and sweets. And for those who prefer to skip the lines, the “bees” on the Esplanade will be offering pancakes and waffles, allowing visitors to order and pay in advance and have their treats delivered to their location.

A Parisian Bistro Experience to Go

On the first floor, the old buffet will be transformed into a traditional Parisian bistro, the Eiffel Tower Bistro, offering take-away sandwiches by Thierry Marx during the day and sit-down dinner with local dishes in the evening.

A Sweet and Savory Selection

On the second floor, the “Comptoir” stands will offer a selection of sweet and savory take-away options, featuring mini sandwiches, pastries, original pastries from the Guilde des artisans, macarons, and more.

Champagne and Caviar Atop the World

At the top of the Tower, the Champagne Bar is expanding this spring, offering a luxurious experience in a capsule between earth and sky, 905 feet above the ground. Enjoy champagne and French caviar while taking in breathtaking views of Paris.

The Eiffel Tower’s food and beverage concession has been awarded to Umanis, led by Sodexo, in partnership with three shareholders: starred chef Frédéric Anton (3) for the Jules Verne, starred chef Thierry Marx (2) for the 1st floor Brasserie, and Ubudu, a specialist in visitor flow management.

Sodexo Sports and Loisirs has created and implemented the “Guilde des artisans” (“Guild of Craftsmen”), a network of Parisian and Ile-de-France food artisans selected for their exceptional craftsmanship and commitment to eco-responsibility. These local artisans will be offering their products to the monument’s six million annual visitors, showcasing the best of local know-how and contributing to the economic and social fabric of the community.
